This event is ideal for individuals who have not made any primary-home mortgage payments for a San Diego County property in the 36 months before they close escrow on the home they will occupy as primary residence. Maximum income limit for 1-2 person household is $75,500 and maximum home purchase price (new or resale) is $627,500 in non-Targeted areas. Higher limit applies for 3+ persons. For duplexes, the maximum purchase price is $706,565 in non-Targeted areas.
